Welcome to Lavuka Ponies & Sighthounds...
Lavuka was established only a short time ago in 1995. In this time we have bred and produced
some very lovely show ponies. We are a small stud breeding 2 to 3 foals per year, using only the
best available bloodlines. Lavuka strives to breed quality show ponies that are suitable for
children and small adults.
In 2002 we introduced the sighthounds to our home, with the much appreciated assistance of Molly
Rule-Steele of "Taejaan Whippets and Siberian Huskies".
We have had some very nice wins along the way.
Combining the showing of dogs along with the ponies has worked quite well for us. While the ponies
are spelled for the winter, we can do some showing with our smaller companions.
